A1: We provide a 2-year warranty for our lamps. If any parts are broken during transit or standard usage within this period, we will provide replacement components free of charge.
A2: Yes, we fully accept OEM requests and custom designs. You can consult with our R&D and design departments, who will assist by providing layout drawings based on your specific needs.
A3: Our lighting products are highly certified to ensure business safety across international markets. We carry CE, SAA, BSCI, ROHS, UL, CB, and BIS certifications and test reports.
A4: The minimum order quantity is typically 10 pieces (trial orders can also be accepted for as low as 5 pieces). The typical delivery lead time ranges from 7 to 15 days, depending on order size and specific customized requirements.
A5: We utilize full inside polyfoam and durable outer kraft paper cartons (or wooden crates for extra-large items) to protect the lamps from any damage. We mark all shipments to be handled with care.
A6: We accept standard trade terms including FOB, EXW, CIF, and CNF. Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance payment before shipping, via T/T, L/C, Western Union, or Paypal.
