Can you make samples according to my actual samples, special demand, design or own idea?
Our R&D dept. has experienced engineers in structure and electocircuit. And we have good cooperative factories in molds for plastic and metal. Based on these, we are able to make your special requests samples.

What is your products warranty?
Usually, one year warranty for our flashlight and other lighting products.

How do you control quality?
We are ISO9001 certified and strictly follow the ISO procedures that we have set into place. We have an excellent QC process and department. They will inspect every flashlight and lighting products and ensure every product can work before shipped out.

May I have your samples?
According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers need to bear the express charge. If customers provide an international express collect account (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.), it will be more convenient.

What is the sample refund policy?
If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and place the first order, we will start to refund the sample charge. The actual procedure is finalized according to the sampling charge, first order amount, and communication.

May I print my own logo?
Yes, we can help you print your logo according to your specific requirements.
