For the majority of our products, the warranty is 5 years. However, we also develop certain products with the aim of achieving a competitive price, where the warranty is 3 years. Moreover, for other economical products, the warranty is 2 years.
Yes. OEM and ODM design is no problem for us. We own an independent R&D team, and we have rich experience in helping customers to find perfect solutions. We can also assist customers in designing their product packages.
For samples, it normally takes 5-7 days, while mass orders would need 20-40 days according to the quantity. For customized products, it roughly needs about 90 days, including opening the molds.
We pay great attention to product quality. There are 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, and FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing professional quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.
For products which have been highly mature and undergone verification in the market, normally we do 100% aging testing for 4-6 hours at least. For newly launched products, we will do aging testing for 24 hours to ensure quality.
Yes. We have testing equipment with the well-known brand "EVERFINE" for integrating sphere and dark room. We can offer IES files for each of your orders.
