Refund policy for advance payment: 1) If the client cancels the order before production starts: 100% advance payment refunded (minus bank transfer fees); 2) If production has started (≤50% completion): 50% advance payment refunded; 3) If production is completed (≥50% completion) or goods are ready for shipment: No refund. For customized orders (with mold opening or exclusive design), advance payment is non-refundable once customization work starts.

We follow a 4-stage QC system: 1) Incoming inspection: Test all raw materials (batteries, chips, casings) against AQL 2.5 standards; 2) In-process inspection: Randomly check 10% of products during assembly (e.g., function testing, wiring safety); 3) Final inspection: 100% full-function testing of finished products (e.g., power output, waterproof performance, lumen brightness) + 15% random sampling for durability tests (drop test, high/low temperature test); 4) Pre-shipment inspection: Verify packaging integrity, product quantity, and compliance with order requirements. We provide a QC report with test data for each batch.
